知ってはならないものに

' And I think it's gonna be a long, long, time
Til touchdown brings me 'round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at all ' -Elton John

Its crazy how sometimes you blow me away looking at your picture. A sight not appealing by physical appearance but of the innocence you give in your eyes. You may try to carry a personality in you but your eyes make me see through the veil you carry. It makes me wonder how times like these when everything in life seems so complicated but yet such a simple attraction moves me.
Maybe I'm a creep, a fiend that will hurt this friendship that we both try hard enough to see it through the day. But i don't wanna live my life on the run losing out on lovin' but if given a chance for you to know of this feelings, im gonna be high, high as a kite by then.

知ってはならないものに.

We lost that touch.

Looking back at the past 60's to the 90's where good music and legendary musicians where around made me realize how bad music has developed itself after the 90's. Many lived to see the great rise and fall , the changing of era from birth of the blues to the pinnacle of rock music in the 90's. Its sad to see that this divine gift from above is misused by people for the cause of wealth.

If u look at a bigger picture of music, it's heartbreaking to see the God-given talent of Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page , Stevie Wonder , Robert Plant and many more comparing to the likes of the young Justin Bieber of our beloved era, Lady Gaga and more.

As musicians, part of our music journey is to listen and articulate the contents of great music from the past and use them to enhance this musical journey. As a thought, what would the future generation learn? When songs of the Beatles, Led Zeppelin , B.B King are all 100 years old? Would Lady Gaga be the new Aretha Franklin? Will Simple Plan , Seconhand Serenade be the new era that replace the golden 90's?

Living in Malaysia makes it even worst. The thoughts and taste in music of teens these days are misguided by what we all proclaim 'The Mob Mentality'.
That is how the culture is divided by the different mindsets of people.
But to me, I feel music is divine and something out of this world. A simple song could change and set the mood for the whole day if enough appreciation is put into it. Music is something that speaks out to the hearts of the young. No matter what genre. Even Justin Bieber changed so many people's personality.

I guess it all comes down to how one feel about music. But then again, we lost that touch.

a song for homeless beggars and crack heads

You're not alone
Out here in the cold
No blanket for warmth
Sleeping on the floor
You're not alone
You're not alone

The drugs wont kill
you're begging for more
your veins are sour
you're beggin for more
You're not alone
You're not alone

Come take my hand
says the angel of death
i'll break your chains
lead u to a holy place
Come take my hand
come take my hand

save me
save me
save me
i need to breathe

you're not alone
out here in the cold
no blanket for warmth
sleeping on the floor
sleeping on the floor
sleeping on the floor
you're not alone
you're not alone . . .

lyrics.

he wants a quick thrill in life
she gave in quick and still never denied
Never thought of wanting to suffer
it went well like bread and butter

what came round would change his life
as he thought to himself
where did it go wrong

He should have used a piece
He should have used a piece
He should have used a piece
But he never did.

His dad had to give in to him
Her mom's tears filled a cups brim
Never realized what a mistake they made
How will they feed the child its bread.

What came around would change her life
as she thought to herself
where did i go wrong

He should have used a piece
He should have used a piece
He should have used a piece
He should have used a piece
He should have used a piece
He should have used a piece
But he never did.

getting there.

I just need sharpness in hitting notes. The whole Orianthi song is coming up good. took 4 friggin days to actually complete the whole song. Just need practise i guess.
=( SIGH.
Hope i could jam it out with my buds sometime soon.
guess being a guitarist really makes u devote yourself into practise.Precision timing, .having a good ear, awareness . I think this song really improved my level in guitaring.
i hope i can follow the foot stteps of kelvyn yeang one day. He is by far my favourite guitarist in this country. Inspiring mostly.
i hope to post a video of the song when im done on youtube, if i perfected the song =)
will be updating this blog mostly on guitaring now..maybe breaking down songs for people who wanna learn..uploading video..i'd come to a decision after 3 years of playing guitar that music is really a big part of my life. I love playing guitar no matter what genre. will be updating very soon..stay tuned.
